What this page does—and does not—report
We have not assembled a verified customer-review dataset. There is no independently calculated complaint rate or star score on this page. The questions below help you assess accounts you encounter; they are not allegations about this seller.
Separate different kinds of complaints
| Type of account | Useful follow-up |
|---|---|
| Delivery or billing issue | Does the person identify the merchant and explain the resolution? |
| No noticeable benefit | What outcome did they expect, and how was it measured? |
| Possible adverse reaction | Is there enough detail for a healthcare professional to assess? |
| Refund difficulty | What terms applied and what communication is documented? |
Look for context and verification
A detailed account may be more useful than a star rating, but detail alone does not authenticate it. Check whether a platform explains how purchases are verified, whether incentives are disclosed and whether the reviewer identifies the exact product.
Identical language across unrelated websites, missing product details and sweeping cure claims are reasons to investigate further. They do not by themselves prove that every review is false.
Avoid drawing population-wide conclusions
People who post reviews are a selected group. Without a reliable denominator, a collection of complaints cannot tell you how frequently a problem occurs. Positive testimonials have the same limitation when used to predict results.
For the scientific question, read the evidence review. For order questions, use the refund checklist.
