Read the serving information first

Identify the serving size and servings per container. The front-of-bottle capsule count does not independently establish how much to take or how long the bottle lasts. Use the current directions and seek advice if they are unclear.

Check quantities and forms

Write down ingredient amounts exactly as listed, including their units. Note whether a botanical is described as powder or extract. A blend total does not reveal the individual amount of each component.

Inspect the rest of the label

  • Other ingredients and allergen information.
  • Storage instructions and warning statements.
  • Manufacturer or distributor details.
  • Lot identification and any expiry information.
  • Whether the image you are reading matches the product being sold.

A useful record to keep

Save a readable label image alongside your receipt. If you compare two products, place their serving sizes side by side before comparing ingredient amounts. This avoids mistaking a per-capsule amount for a multi-capsule serving.

Apply this process to the Quietum Plus ingredient overview. Missing information should remain marked as unknown until the seller supplies it.
